I found a 29 page document on the Government of Alberta transportation site listing all the proposed highway construction for the next 3 years.
As I've been going through it, it's been interesting to note how many highways I've cycled ... and how many construction plans I completely agree with! I've been going through this list and thinking, "Yep, that stretch of road definitely needs work." and "I'm so glad to see that bit of road on the list."
There's nothing like the perspective of a cyclist for picking out good and bad stretches of road. :D
I just wish they could finish it all up in the next 3 weeks instead of the next 3 years ... that would be GREAT!!
