Well, I did my first time in a saddle today. 1 hr on the Spin Bike at the Gym. I forgot how much I hate those things.....not enough resistance and a big WIDE saddle! The Q on the crank is way too wide too. That said, I was still able to get a marginal workout. I never could hit my target HR range though. 120 cadence and the best I could run my HR to twas 124. :( I was able to get down on the aerobars on the spin bike without my shoulder screaming too badly though, so I am making progress.

Flip side, on the leg press, I got in 100 reps in 3 sets of 30 and a set of 10 at 520-700 pounds variable weight (Cam action on the pulleys), with the resistance maxed out as well. That DID get the HR up, fortunately. The rest of my workout today was 0 weight mobility exercises and gentle passive stretching as therapy for my right shoulder, and I go to resistance bands next week if the pain is down a bit more.

PAIN is for wussy. :p

Yeah, I hate spin bikes too. They are the worst.

Are you still lifting regularly?

Not at the moment....

0 weight flexibility exercises until the Dr says I've healed up enough. He still wants to do an MRI again once the swelling and trauma go down to be sure. My right arm and shoulder right now are really weak, and the shoulder tires very easily. When it does, it HURTS! If I move it too fast, I get a major twinge above the ache as well. It's making progress though, since I had virtually 0 usage immediately after the crash.
