:D Had to get the wife a nice Christmas present.

Did I do good? She is a fairly avid mountain biker and runner. I wish to get her to do more road riding wit me.

Figure I can easily upgrade to 105 or Ultegra brakes and derailleurs one day.

$384. out the door for a new 2003 model. How's that "pricewise"?

Please note that I stated she is an active mtb. rider and runner.

Mama has almost ZERO body fat! 8^) She's a slim leetle sh*t....

That's a great price! I purchased the 2004 model for $850 recently. The differences that I noted were that the components were upgraded. Mine is a Tiagra/105. Is yours the all Tiagra? I'm not sure if the fork changed this year or last.

Either way, it's a great bike! Hope she likes it!

:D I haven't seen the bike, yet. Will be arriving Friday directly from Giant.

Hopefully has the 105 upgrades...that would be sweet!

Price reflects my volunteering one shift per week at my LBS! I highly recommend this if ya'll have the time!! I get to fiddle with bikes and learn more bike-related stuff, my LBS buddy lets me have bikes and such at cost....

4 new bicycles in 2 months!
