Just finished a Triathlon (bike leg only for me) with some work collegues and I won the bike leg! Woo hooo! :D First one I've ever been in. Beat the next person home by about 2 mins. She is about 15 years younger and competes regularily in Triathlons and bike races. Woo hooo! Can you tell I'm excited? :D The course for the bike leg was approx 13.5km, I managed 24 minutes. It was on bike paths so there were pedestrians, other commuters, tree roots and gravel to negotiate just to add to the excitement. Admittedly the girl that was second in the bike leg did 800m swim first but I rode 20km to work before that so I figure we're just about even there.
