I just wanted to tell everyone that I went back out by myself this afternoon and rode the route that was killing me last week with the group. I started from my house so it knocked some of the mileage off and I took the Canondale Hybrid H700 instead of the Scott Speedster. I was able to ride up every hill and take a break at my leasure. This was the 1st ride on the hybrid since I got my road bike. The hybrid definatly requires a little more effort to roll but the gearing was a plus. My legs feel a whole lot better than they did last Saturday. Thanks again everyone for your support. :D

Another happy hybrid rider! :thumb:
I did something like that on Saturday. Did 40 on my hybrid and could not believe that 11 lbs would make that much difference, but it did. It's a nice change of pace.
