I recently purchased a Dahon Vitesse D7HG and find the seat the comes with it to be extremely uncomfortable. I would like a wider seat that has more cushion. Does anyone recommend a seat that would be appropriate for this type of bike? Much appreciated.

If you don't mind springs on the bottom of the saddle, I use both these saddles companies, Nirve and Electra, with very good results. My pictured Brompton below here has the Nirve. My Piccolo has the Electra. See all other photos on my Flickr Web site listed below:

I find the basic seat that comes on the Boardwalk D7 to be very comfortable (I'm 6'3"/200 lbs).

My Bike Friday NWT came with an almost identical seat which works just as well.
