Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

Seems like quite a blow given his strength in dragging LA up mountains.

At times Roberto can be a huge help, but its not that he NEEDS him. Roberto wasn't in form in 03 and it didn't make a big difference in the mountain tactics. (Armstrong was only on form to attack in one mountain stage anyway)
Mostly I'll just miss seeing him ride the Vuelta with USPS.
