Had the OP just said, "bike racers who yell in race are idiots' I would fully agree. To say that this is cat specific is just not true. It's like everyone who call the the 5's a crash fest. My season in the 5's saw 2 crashes compared 10 plus in the 3's. It's in all the cats, elite or masters, some guys just can't shut up.
