I am getting ready to build a wheelset for a fixed gear road bike, my first wheel set. I was planning on using Surly's track hub for the rear, but I am having some trouble determining the proper spoke length. I've gone to the DT Swiss site and used their spoke length calculator. The calculator only lists the Surly 1x1 135mm rear hub, but not the 120mm track hub. Surly's website wasn't much help either. The hub bodies look very similar, are both 32 hole, and high flange. The only difference that I can see are hub the threads. Does anyone happen know if these two hubs are similar enough to use the same spoke length?
