i have this sneaking suspicion that my tri bike is too small. i just got on it for the first time this year and it feels so cramped compared to my road bike. but the thing is, i didn't feel like this last year. hmmm...

i realize the top tube on a tri-bike is generally shorter than a roadbike...but how much shorter? my road bike as a 518mm top tube. my tri bike has a 490mm top tube.

how much shorter is your tri bike top tube compared to your road bike? how do you know if the top tube is too short?

Seems like that should be OK. You know your top tube is too short if your knees hit your elbows when you ride...then again...maybe it's just the stem that's too short.

Try a new stem the frame seems to be OK unless the roady is a total mess
