Replacement front hub or front wheel for Tikit

Does anyone know where to purchase a replacement front hub or a complete front wheel that'll work with the Tikit? I guess it's a 74mm width hub; I've tried searching everywhere for a compatible hub and I couldn't find one.

Would a Brompton front wheel work? Does it have the same width?


My Tikit has the older front spoke pattern and only has 16 spokes radially laced (16 holes in the hub too) and I would prefer something with more spokes and a cross pattern.

I'm sure that Bike Friday can sell you the current version of the hub. Call and talk to the service department.

It is 74mm and Dahon and Brompton both use hubs of this width (or 75mm, which is close enough to not matter).
