I need to buy new MTB tires, and tubes. What is the best place or order from online?

I shop from biketiresdirect.com all the time. Fast service, good prices, nice selection.
I'm guessing that Performance, REI, Nashbar, Colorado Cyclist are all good, too -- but when I think of tires, I always think of biketiresdirect.
They also offer quantity discounts if you're ordering a bunch, or want to go in w/some friends or a club.

Nashbar has some killer deals at times when they have their sales...
Their shipping delays are notorious, so if you need something quickly, try elsewhere, but the occasional 70% off sale is a nice time to buy a few of your favorites.

It's worthwhile to find a vendor that's within 2 days (or even 1!) UPS Ground shipping from you; both BikeTiresDirect and UniversalCycles.com are in Portland, 1 day UPS Ground away from me!

I always do well on ebay and look for people who ship right away and with Priority mail. Always get them in 2-3 days after purchase.
Performance, nashbar colororado and Bike tires direct ONLY on a super sale or closeout
