First Tri ever, how did i do??

Well i just ran my first triathlon today and im wondering how i did, Now although it is not a full triathlon and i was not running against the most athletic kids(although some do run triathlon and road race)because it was for gym class( im in grade 9) so it was about 150 people( grade 9, 10 and 11). The triathlon was 3km run, 12km bike, 250m swim. Yes i know its brutally short. For the run i did fairly well 12min( i over paced my sleff) on the bike i did well, 29 min, and on the swim i did brutal( its not because i was tired i just cant swim for peanuts) 7 min. so thats a total of 48min. Is this a decent time atall?

Really hard for us to say since we don't know the course. How did you finish against your classmates?

1st place in grade 9( what were marked on), 4th overall( 9,10,11)
