Ivw done a few like this, but I used tires with big knobs. You have to pre drill the hole for the screw and use a screw gun to run the screws in. Still its tuff on the hands. The screws will cost more then the tires, I used about 300 screws for the two tires. Took all of three hours to put all the screws in the two tires. I used duct tape as a tire liner to protect the tubes. By far the hardest thing to do is mount the tires, no place to grab them without getting stuck by a screw. two cheap tires $30 bucks, another $30 bucks for the screws and $2 bucks for duct tape.... and $65 for bandaids :)
