Found this guys site, he has done a great job getting himself in shape and documenting it.

Please look over it and let me know what you think and if there are any other similar sites, storys u know of.

I like / believe him becuase it looks legit and he aint selling sh*t.

The most unexpected facet of my transformation is how much I seem to have inspired those around me. Since I started my program, my wife, my mom, my sister, her husband, my mother-in-law, my father-in-law, and a co-worker have ALL started working out with weights...I'm also getting email from people all over the world who have been inspired by my progress.

I think it's terrific that he decided to get in shape,but my gut feeling tells me there's something strange about this guy,JMO.

Wow! That is really encouraging. The last 5 months photos don't show a significant change. It's not like he's aiming at going from Mr.Skinny to Hulk Hogan but I wonder how much time he put into the training to (a) get where he is, and (b) maintaining it. If I could achieve that muscle/fat ratio I'd be really happy. Something I need to work on...
