For the track, I'm looking for some dependable lightweight wheels. I kinda like the cassette hubs, but it's not a dealbreaker if they don't have it. I'm considering some Sinz ProLite 24x1.5 wheels for $199. And yes, it's a rear cassette hub. Was thinking of running some Intense 24x1.5 micro-knobbies on these.

Anything better for the money? Or are those wheels going to be dependable for a 180lb adult? I do ride fairly smooth still for not racing for over a decade.

And where's the best place to buy/order? I've noticed that sadly, online prices are WAY better than the local shops (which don't carry squat for BMX anyways cause it's all about MT Biking now - oh well).

Those are pretty good rims, but the tires are worthless if the track is wet.

Track is usually dry.

But what's a better all around tire that's considered hi-tech? The Intense HAALO a better option?

For a 24x1.5 tire, what's the latest best thing?

Yeah, Haalos are nice. That's actually what I run and they're great. I've also had some IRC Sirens and there good too.
