Yestarday brought warmer temps and light snow. Last nights right was warmer than Friday nights, with temps of around 30F, and clear skies. Good camera weather. The group of five departed at 6:30PM for the 2.5 hour epic. In the ranks was 1 full susp, 3 SS, 1 Rigid, 3 HTs.

This is Walter trudging up a rather steep grade, on crusty ice with a dusting of fresh powder.

Hey Mike,
You are one lucky dude! I don't have anyone around her that will go out with me for some fun in the snow!

Thanks for sharing the pics. Looks like great fun!

Sure looks like fun to me. Fresh powder always gets me. Loved it in the back bowls in Vail, and love it on the trails now. I don't get a lot of time to ride trails at the moment, working seven days a week, but maybe instead of the fixed I'll do a commute on the MTB and just hit some trails.
I went out last year on my Trek 7500fx set up with 29s on it that was really a blast. But could have used a front suspension on the ride, the single track was a bit rough. My wrist still are tender thinking about it.
