a thumbs up for really great customer service and customer relationship management.
I had broken the handlebar mount for my VDO computer and
inquired as to which model I could "buy" as a replacement.
Steve from Ibex emailed me back and said to just give him
my address and he would send a new one out -gratis!
I was truly surprised and impressed as it was a very unexpected
but appreciated response.
IMO, it is companies such as Ibex that go above and beyond
to ensure customer satisfaction and continued patronage.
The next time I need a part...Ibex is my place to go.
