My son is seeking a source for 272-273mm straight-pull spokes for a Pulstar Mountain Bike. I've used Google to search the internet, but I can't find a source for suitable spokes. None of the three local (40 miles distant) bike shops are interested in the job. Can anyone suggest a source for these parts, please?

I'm seeing staggering prices on these on Google. But all I did was type "straight pull spoke" into Google and it started telling me things.

You could email the guy at "Odds and Endos" http://www.oddsandendos.com/contactus.sc
They have been helpful for me before with small numbers of very specific spokes. Their website is in transition so emailing would be necessary.

This is why I will no longer buy wheels with spokes other than traditional j bend variety. I see no benefit.
