Clydesdales/Athenas (200+ lb / 91+ kg) - Would a Trek Ishiwata 022 ChroMo frame be strong enough?

It's from 1982-ish, and i'm 325lb +, 6'. I know my friends trek 520 cromo frame is really strong, but this one is not an '06.

Those also look like good wheels from what I can see of the spoke count.

That one looks pristine.
Be sure to pull the seat post and with a flashlight, inspect the inside of the seat tube (towards the bottom bracket). That will give you a reasonable estimate of whether the bike has a rust problem or not. Internal rust, if not extreme, can be dealt with but should be reflected in the price. External condition is not necessarily a guide of what could be lurking inside, given the age of the bike.
Looks like a real nice vintage Trek by the way. They hold their value well, and the older steel bikes are sweet.
