This is definitely weird. I just looked back at my first post, last August. At that time I had lost 10% of my mass, down to 280, and was just feeling like I could ride again. Now I weigh less than I ever have at any time in my adult life, and I feel fat. I want my BMI to be under 24.9 (i.e., "normal"). Ten more pounds to go!

Thanks for the encouragement!

Excellent result. Funny you should say that. When I started losing weight, every weekly weight loss I would look in the mirror and think "what a difference" but the more I lost the more I thought I look fat, even when others who hadn't seen me for a while comment on the weight loss. Anorexia setting in?

Mental image not keeping up with your body image. It's relatively normal, as long as you don't go to starving yourself below a healthy body weight.

Hell, I catch my reflection in a door or full length mirror sometimes and look behind me to see who it is.

And the moderator, with flaming sword in hand, sayeth unto nightcap: Ye have been cast out of C/A, cursed forever to wander the forums of road and other desolate wastelands!
