Please, please. Fix those bars. My head hurts just looking at the picture...

I don't recognize the logo, but the bike itself is very nice. are the dropouts campy???

nope, I draw a blank on that forkcrown logo. Seems like a nice Italian frame (can't think of any that start with "E"), maybe built for a Polish shop to "housebrand".
(yes, the trackends are Campagnolo)
