Dahon TT bars on a Swift?

I've tried the Dahon TT and love those bars! I would like to get some on my Swift. Has anyone got links for where I could buy some or something similar with those neat bar end brake levers?

It's looking like a nice w/e in Chicago for a zip up & down the lake!
