after having my new mongoose for a few weeks I noticed my rear wheel had a little side to side movement. Not a lot I mean maybe about 5 thousandths of play, but I figured this needs no play to be normal. I know you have to have special thin bike wrnches to tighten the rear hub bearings. My first question is where can I get the tools for hub bearing tightening and , for tightening the casset inner nut and lock nut?
Next question is do you think this was a break in thing? I didnt notice any play back there when I firts got the bike, either the person that assembled it didnt tighten it enough, or it was snug and after a little ride time it loosened up a bit??? Do you think this will be a reaccuring thing?
I dont have the proper wrenches to tighten it so what I did do was took the rear wheel off loosened the first nuts on each side and re-tightened them and that must have turned the inside nuts some what because it did take the play out of the bearings. But I really need to get the proper tools to do this the right way in the future im sure, can you buy these special bike tools online some place?
Thanks for any help, advice, input, in advance!!
