Can an1 recommend a shop that has a good bike fitter? I won't deny... cost is an issue but at the same time I don't want to pay less if it's not going to be useful.

I used Ian MacLean at http://www.imfit.ca/bikefittingservices.html. It turned out that I had already gotten the fit pretty close, but he was able to account for my rather asymmetric body.
Took about 2 hours to do my road and mountain bikes. He's in Acton.
