Took the Easy Sport out for a peaceful and enjoyable 13 mile
this afternoon.

Came upon the Rochester Street Machines annual Car Show

From the Car Show I rode down to the Beach. I found it suprisingly quiet.

The 1905 Dentzel Carousel is open

and there are a few boats out on the water

but with the economy as it is, most folks are using their boats as patios this year

Oops, looks like I completely missed the nesting season. Four cignets this year.
It was hot and humid but a great day anyway.

I included some moderate hills and climbed with no problems at all. I'ld
hazard to guess that I'm pretty much back to normal health again, the
stress event is in the past. Now to get in shape.
