Baconater, I think you wasted your time. The smallest that I've ever heard of is an 8T which is run with a 22T sprocket. They don't make 'em any smaller, bruh. Challenge yourself: Build the first functional 5T driver.

16 t sprocket? wouldnt work. it wouldnt even reach the drive bolt on the cranks. however much time you put into building it, you wasted. sorry brah. and you wouldnt even be able to make a functional driver for it.

simply doesnt work.

post some pics though, because i would really like to see this so called "16 tooth sprocket". i could really use a few laughs today.

yeah that sprocket (notice the "c") is ONLY compatable with the St. Martin hollowflat cranks. Which are only compatable with that sprocket. And they are flatland-specific cranks. As flatlanders tend to run an easier gear, they probably run a 9-11 t driver on their freecoaster.
If you wanted to run that sprocket for street/park - you'd be stuck with 160mm cranks that would likely break. Also as mentioned - the smallest driver you can get for a cassette is 8t so you'd be spinning.
If by some crazy miracle you can make a 6t driver, you'd likely end up having to use bearings in it so small they blow up frequently. And you'd have so few teeth actually engaging the chain that it'd be stupid.
Dumb idea all around.

well its only dumb if youre not riding flat, which baconater probably isnt. if you do ride flat for some reason, then i say go for it.
