And man am I back to square 1. lol
I had not ridden since October last year do to winter and then being out of the country for a few months. So I was kind of excited to have a nice morning to get back on the bike. Too excited I guess since, I filled my water bottles, got dressed, went for a ride....not realizing until a few miles in that my water bottles were still on the counter back home! Doh! Half way through the ride I was able to find a vending machine with water so I did get some water.
Anyway, I made it 7.5 miles before my butt and legs gave out. A little over 10mph average. I have quite a ways to go to get back to where I was last year. The good news was that my lungs held up really well since I quit smoking a number of months back.
The bike seems to be in much better shape than I am.
