Hello All,
Haven't rode much since my Schwinn Continental teenage days, but recently purchased a used Cannondale R600 after rediscovering the joy of riding via a garage sale purchase.
I quit smoking last fall and have since started to get in pretty good shape. I can only play tennis so much and am probably never destined to be a jogger. But I've really enjoyed riding again (even on the crappy bike) and really expect to get good use out of the R600 and the wealth of information here.
So, that's me in an incredibly brief nutshell.
