You could sit on your bike and pretend to be riding? I dislike rain also, and its been raining here far to often for my liking.

Man, we'd kill for some rain. Is grass supposed to be crispy?

Fenders to keep the road grit from spraying on your stuff, and go ride.
My commute home today was in pouring rain and 15mph wind. It's not looking like it will be any better tomorrow. The weather guy mentioned snow in the forecast (I'm guessing for the mtn passes, not near me I hope.)

Take shelter and work on your bike. Tune it up, clean it. Your bike will love you for it. When it's raining cats and dogs, I open the garage door and set up shop :D

I was fortunate enough to make it to work an hour before it started pouring and left work right after the last downpour we had here in Kent. Talk about timing. :giver:

Exactly.

pfft... rain? I think we're having the biblical flood up here! The amount of flooding is just incredible, and the 4-5 inches of rain in single days are not helping any either! Was a nice day out yesterday as long as you like to boat and fish...

Yup. Hot and humid today and I purposely rode past an open hydrant to cool off. Less than 5 mins. later it was coming down buckets and I was happy I was wearing the right clothes (quick drying shorts, soccer shirt and sandals!) It was heavenly. Except for the part where I couldn't see because the rain was blowing horizontally over the East river.
