I'm afraid I may be addicted to bicycling. As a kid, the only exercise I really enjoyed was bicycling. About the only thing different now is I like light weight lifting now also. I only started riding my bent last week, and I'm already eyeballing some bike shorts, and thinking about getting a MTB so I can have a bit more option as to where I can ride, and when(and to cross train also). My bent is hardly a curb jumping gravel spinning machine(but MAN it is a blast to ride).

My knees feel better already, and my energy is finally starting to go up, and its only been a week. Also my calves are starting to look like they used to(with muscles) and not like a big balloon. Not to mention that I believe only swimming is a better form of exercise than biking.

I'd also like to say how much of an inspiration you are Mr. Tom Stormcrowe, and many many others that have posted on this forum. I"m extremely blessed to have stumbled onto this forum, and would like to thank everybody that helps run it, you all do a great job.
