I (think I) have attached a photo...hope it works

The dialogue box says manage attachments, but I can't figure out if that means attach

No photo. :(
"Manage Attachments" means click on the button to get to the attachments page. At that point you can upload pictures from your computer. Photos are limited to 100k. Anything larger must be on an online photo hosting site, etc.
