Actually I ride a pretty crappy Nevada "ruby mountain". Guess not to many have heard about it. I'm planning on changing to a Magmaa though. Guess no one has heard of that one either, but it's a really good titanium bike.
I Ride a 21lb Specialized M2 Stumpjumper. I love it!! All fastners are Ti, super light and super fast!

I ride a "thing" called "Alpine Kenosha P***". My mechanic says it's a good bike despite being pretty much a no name. It's got Shimano components and is very sturdy. I got it in 1989--it has the bio-pace "technology" (facinates people to see that egg shaped chainring thang!). I love it, it's my mule and even when I finally save up enough to get my dream bike, I'm still going to take her out for a spin, for old time's sake.
I'm looking forward to chatting with all of you!

I ride a Trek 7300 Police Edition from '94
I have done quite alot of mods since I bought it new in '96. Got a great deal since I worked in the shop that had the bike. I love it dearly, no welds!! They used to, for a couple of years, bond the frames instead of welds(aluminum that is).
Anyhoo, Easton Elite Program Tubing, LX/XT, Paul Motolite Brakes, Avid Ultimate Levers(w/"v" chip) and Manitou SX Ti ('97 model).
I am in the market for some new wheels, mine are bullet proof Trek Matrix, that aren't so tank-like heavy.
I am also, next week, buying some lights. I want to ride to work, second shift, and I would like to race a solo 24hr this spring. So, rather than wait and buy 'em all at once, I'll get a handlebar mount first. The helmet mount can wait till it gets closer to spring.
Soon I will be buying a new saddle, I am up in the air right now between Terry Ti Race and Selle San Marco Bontrager Race Day. If anyone has an opinion on these two or others please respond!! http://www.bikeforums.com/ubb/smile.gif

I cant help ya wtih the saddle choice, i have a leather avocet O2 saddle that i love tho, great saddle if you can get a deal on it (i wouldnt pay $99 for it, i got it for $45 used)
Good luck with your choice http://www.bikeforums.com/ubb/smile.gif

I ride a 1999 Kona Stab Dee-lux. This MACHINE ride like the best I'd ever ride before. The Monster.T is so plush and the Hayes.... Hmmmmmm... the best. This bike is almost unbreakable. Hey SnoTurtle, one of my friend in Montreal have an almost brand new 1999 Santa Cruz Bullit for sale at a very cheap price. He ride 2 times with his bike in Bromont.
My ride is a Rock Mountain Vertex T.O. hard tail with Easton Elite tubes. It is equiped with a judy SL fork, XTR trany, King hubs, mavic 517 rims, race face cranks, and a XCR seat post.
What I am looking forward to the most is my new ride. I pick it up at the end of the this month. This bike is another Rocky Mountain but, is a full suspention bike. The specs are a 5" Marzoochi QR 20, Fox coil over 6", Hays brakes, Easton tubing, Xt trany, and Race face cranks.

Currently I ride a '96 Gary Fisher Marlin, but WILL be buying a new frame this year. My new ride will be either a Teesdale TomET, or an Ibis Mojo. Either choice will be decked out with my current upgrades to my Fisher, well over $1000 worth of componentry.

I ride a '00 Norco Team Trials bike, Marzocchi Atom Bomb, with Magura Tomac brakes, XT/Rhyno Lite wheelset, XT/SC105 components.

Plus a freestyle bike, and a road bike.
The advantages of working at a bike shop and having a disposable income. Hee hee.

I ride a Marin Eldridge Grade, and its amazing value for the money - LX drivetrain, the very light chro-moly frame is awesome. I really like it and If I had enough money I would go back to Marin for a Full suspension, and a road bike they really make good bikes.
Is anybody here a racer in Ontario Canada, if so I would like to talk to you e-mail me!I'm interested in getting into racing, thanks

I'm a Cannondale fanatic http://www.bikeforums.com/ubb/smile.gif I've got a F5000 team replica (21lbs with discs), a Super-V 900 (also with discs, but certainly not 21 lbs) and an F900 hard-tail (25lbs with discs)... I'm not rich, I just have nice bikes and a really crap car http://www.bikeforums.com/ubb/smile.gif Anything with fat tires is cool, but cannondales are f-a-s-t http://www.bikeforums.com/ubb/smile.gif
Alumminum is real too! :-)
Got a Fisher Tasajara with a few extras. Still dribble when passing local Cannondale dealer though.
I ride a '97 Klein Mantra Comp. for singletrack and a '99 Specialized FSR Enduro for faster DH/DS type of trails.
Both are upgraded to "XT, and have CaneCreek AD-10 rear and either a Manitou FS-Ti or SX front shock.
These are fast bikes, although definitely not what I would consider "race-ready". They are very dependable, and do not require daily adjustments and maintenance routines.

I ride a KHS Alite 500 with SID suspension, XT drive train, Mavic wheelset, Bontranger seat post, KORE G.A.S.S clipless, KORE stem, Aheadset threadless headset, Easton carbonium bar, and various other amenities.
You might see me around Wisconsin on either an MB-3 or my new 99 FSRXC. Each has its charms.

I ride a Norco Scrambler, upgraded from RST 167 to Rock Shox Jetts.

Ever in York County Maine a sweet ride is at Mt Agamenticus. Check out this hill at http://www.armba.org/index.html See ya up there Trudy
Just got a 1996 ProFlex (656?). My first bonafide MTB type bike. Not many mountains in Wisconsin though, but I'll make do.
GT xcr 3000, a great ride though heavy
thinking of Santa Cruz Superlight for the future
1997 Merlin extralight with nuke proof hubs, ti wheel/spoke set...thompson post...you get the point, I paid way too much!!
Sax
also a lemond chambery carbon fibor road bike with ultegra
I have a 1991 Trek 8500, which just won't break...*bless it*...I'm quite excited actually, as I've just bought my first Suspension forks Marzocchi Z2 Superfly, so I just can't wait!!!!!!!!! Bit worried wether it'll freak out my geometry though....have fun wherever you ride!!!!
Yeah!!!! The Marzocchi Z2 Superlights have really give my Trek a new spring of life...I was a bit of a suspension skeptic, but have also bought a USE shokpost which saves my botty on rooted sections.
I thought it might throw my geometry out the window, putting suspension on a '91 MTB, but I got around it by selecting a 70mm travel fork. Anyhow, I'm off for a ride, take it easy wherever you ride...Rich London,UK

I just sold my Specialized FSR that was totally tricked out. I miss her already!
With the money I bought a Cannondale F2000SX, the red white and blue one with the Lefty Fork and disc brakes. The long travel Lefty ROCKS! I was a bit skeptical at first, but I've had no problems as of yet!!
I also have a Litespeed Pisgah Frame I am in the process of building up.
As of yesterday, I just bought another used frame off of EBay, what was I thinking? No other bidder and a price of only $125.00 for a Gary Fisher Supercaliber, I just couldn't resist bidding!!!My wife is going to kill me, AGAIN!
I had a Giant Iguana SE but I broke the rear V-brake caliper welds right off the frame. I had the frame replaced with a brand new ATX 840 for free from Giant. I want to get a Norco VPS-1.

Up until yesterday I rode a 2000 Trek 4500....I am now the proud owner of a 2001 Trek Fuel 98. This is one totally awesome bike! I'm glad I waited for it, and I'm totally impressed with the way my lbs (Conway Bicycle Shop) stayed after their rep to get one of the first ones out the door for me. Can't wait to hit the trails for the first time on Sunday.
Happy trails
I go a '98 Voodoo Erzulie with some Z3 Lites and I adore it. So much so that I just bought a new groupset and wheels for her cos I didn't want a new bike. Incdently I have never seen anyone ride a Voodoo in the UK apart from me. There must be a few more somewhere?
I ride a 97 carbon fiber y bike customized by myself with marzoochi atom bomb on the front and shimono xt/xtr parts. I love this bike and even though they discontinued the series, itll be a long time till i switch to a new bike. I like this one way too much to switch.

I started serious biking on a VooDoo Canzo 20,5" fully, XT/XTR with Crossmax. Powered by 185mm TA cranks.
Now I race my VooDoo Bokor 21" hardtail, loved it so much that I bought a second one to beat up at beachraces and training.
My race-Bokor is set up with : Avid Mag brakesystem, dura-ace rear der, XTR front. King Wheels, rear wheel with left 12 and right 24 spokes. Easton CT2 carbon bar, cheap stem. King headset, SRAM Attack gripshifters. Bebop crmo pedals.
Total weight : 9.4 kilo's (20.6 lbs) and still dropping.
Oh, and I have a Giant TCR with Ultegra and 185mm TA cranks and a full-deore sticker-brand commuterbike.
Next up : one or two 'crossers to get me through the 2001/2002 Super Prestige, I promised myself to start them all, oh my goodness!!

I'm riding a Gary Fisher Marlin. Anybody know anything about this model?
It has deore brakes, weinmann wheels, shimano
acera deraileurs. I bought it used for 160.00. Is that a good deal? I'm thinking it
was because It's the best bike I ever owned, and I've had 5 or 6 in the last 25 years.
It's really nimble.
