Hi All,

After a knee injury, 15lb weight gain and a 7 month layoff, I'm ready to roll again.....hmmmm...I think:innocent:

Any group rides around Huntington and Rosemead?? I'm not looking for a hammerfest ;) Oh yeah, I've done centuries before....haven't we all?

most of the ones i know of would fall into the category of hammer fest..

Stan's (in Monrovia) bike shop has some easy group rides near there.

Some friends and I do some easy laps around the Rose Bowl on Wednesday nights, and some of us do some climbing. PM me for details.

Lots of group rides of varying speeds and times. One ride leaves from the Trader Joe's parking lot at Huntington& Rosemead at 8:30 AM every Wednesday morning. Check out the website for details. Nice folks.

I'm going to have to check that one out when I go on vacation in 2 weeks.
