What I had tonight. I had to go back inside the cafe to find out what it was and it is "Raspberry- Cheesecake Brownie". I have to admit that I just liked the look of it and as it is on a pie crust- I did think it was pie. But if My cafe start serving "Cakes" like this- I am definitely going off pie.
Sacrilidge, I Know, but this was superb. I like cheesecake- not too keen on Brownies- and not very fond of Raspberries- but the combination of the 3 was superb. Now I am wondering what it will be like heated up with a good dollop of custard on it.
Oh and to keep it on cycling- First ride in 15 days and only 22 miles(With the Coffee break in the middle) and done at an average that astounded me for this ride. Especially as it was taken gently. 16.1 average tonight wheras the norm for this ride is about 14.5. Must have been the cake. But it was on Boreas - which I have not been riding recently.
