Road Cycling - Accufit software

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

Has anyone used this? Is it worth the $30?
I am looking at road bikes. I am often not impressed with LBS fittings. I have seen too many people that would sell a 62cm to someone 5ft tall just to get the sale. I would rather know what I need and go find it myself.

Don't waste your money. A computer program can't give you a good fit. The only way you can find the right size is to test ride bicycles until you find one that is a good fit.
The links in my sig line provide some very good information about bike fit without all the nonsense found in so-called "fitting systems".

I've heard that roadbikerider.com (http://www.roadbikerider.com) will be doing a review of this software sometime in the near future. Their newsletter is free, and really good too.
