i have a customer allergic to "natural latex."

she requests tires and tubes.

any ideas?

virtually all tubes are Butyl rubber...only the super expensive racing tubes are Latex. She needs to also buy this...it is made from old Butyl tubes

Nitrile gloves. Costco has 'em cheap, of course.

Standard tubes are made of butyl rubber, not latex. I think Panaracer has some fancy urethane tubes, the green ones IIRC.

Not sure about latex in tires - you should contact the manufacturers. I'd expect to find it was used in the softer tread compounds.
