I spotted this over on the Xtracycle Blog (http://www.xtracycle.com/blog/2008/05/21/the-shakedown-voyage-of-the-radish/) - are these just a new colour for Freeloaders or are there some functional/design improvements as well? Anyone have the scoop?...;)

you can see they have a bit more of an end on them, maybe a stretch material rather than mesh. And what is with that rack on top? Looks like wide loaders with an extra bend, maybe there for loading light bulky items?

The top rack looks like something someone posted recently that has a dual purpose. The first is to help secure items and the second is a stoker bar/retaining bars for kids riding on the snapdeck.
