Hello all, I now have enough money to buy my gear pods and disc brakes, If you can remember I was talking about getting some magura Julies, and the time has come when im allowed to order them... I just want to double check really, that these disc brakes will fit my bike, Specialized Hardrock Sport, Its an international standard mount, and seeing as i dont have a manitou fork, there shouldnt be a problem, I have an rst for the monet, will it fit to this? Im sure the levers and gear pods can be adjusted, I just wanted to make sure really, that these calipers and discs would fit to my bike...

Thx

here you go, this should help. it's taken from the magura site:

Installation: Compatible with all forks and frames that are in conformity with the International Standard (IS). Frontbrake also compatible with Manitou Postmount by dismounting the quickmount adaptor.

Well....did you look at what the brakes were intended for first? They say touring........and judging by your avatar it dosent seem like your a person that rides strictly on the street every day.

On two sites that i went it said they were for touring, aggro XC and Light freeride... They are rated very highly over here for those kind of things... And who in there right mind would make a hydro db for a touring bike anyways?

They say touring
magura says on their site that their best all-around brakes are under the "tour" category.
