Apologies if this is in the wrong section.

I have 4 rides on my Edge 305. When I connect the Edge to my PC, it automagically loads Training Center and downloads the data. If I shut down the TC and restart it, I only see the data from the very first download.

My workaround thus far is to save the history after a fresh data dump. When I restart TC, I merely have to import the history and all seems well.

TC should not be losing my data. And I'm using the latest version, 3.4.1.

PC is running Vista/64 bit.

(I know I can run SportTracks and MB... and do, but I'm still playing around with this analysis software and would like a fix for the abovve issue).

Any suggestions?

The problem is caused by Vista's security. I had the same problem and found the resolution over at Motionbased Forum. You need to right click on the icon to load the program and select to run the program as Administrator. Once you do that the rides will show up just fine.

Thanks Huzzah. That fixed it.

I had all the data showing and closed the program. When I restarted it as admin, it lost everything but the first import. So I reloaded the history and restarted again as admin and this time everything was there.

Glad you got it all working. It frustrated me until I found the fix, I thought I was losing my mind!!
