I am going to be phased out of a job in October and seeing as the world is now my oyster I am curious as to who in the Phoenix Metro area are "desirable" employers for a bike commuter. My commute currently is 24 miles so I would be looking at anything in Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Tempe, Scottsdale, or Phoenix area. Fill me in folks, enquiring minds want to know!

What (prioritized) attributes do you look for as desirable?

For example:
Minimum - Moderately secure place to lock bicycle or bring in workplace
Should have - Shower, locker, moderately secure rack/location
Ideally has - Shower, locker, covered racks/bike box, cash incentive

Scottsdale Healthcare provides showers, lockers, bike lockers free bus passes as well as an emergency taxi ride if you need it. They also have quarterly drawings for prizes.

DEQ on Washington and 12th Ave has a secure bike cage, lockers and showers that bike commuters who work for other state agencies can get access to. Some of the other agencies also have secure shaded bike cages.
Anyone who works near central and palm lane can use the CPS Athletic cub that has towel service and toiletries. Decent price.
