Bicycle Mechanics - Rear Disk Alignment on a SS Frame

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Can anybody recommend a method of aligning a rear disk on a single speed frame with a horizontal track style rear? There are 6 variable nuts that can't seem to get tightened properly in order to prevent brake rub. 2 for the hubs, and 4 disk brake mount nuts. See photo attached.
The method I have been using is to tighten nuts 5 and 6 while assuring good wheel alignment, then tighten nuts 3 and 4, while assuring good verticle alignment of the calliper, then finally tighten 1 and 2 for the horizontal alignment of the calliper with the levers squeezed. Still, the brakes rub.
Or, will I have to live with a certain amount of brake rub with a rear disk setup on a SS? Thanks in advance.
Ouch. I just picked up a Karate Monkey with gearing... but I was planning on picking up another rear wheel. I actually bought the bike assemblied from Speedgoat.com, so I don't know what gyrations they went to in order that the brakes don't rub... but they don't. I'm running Avid cable operated disks, so they have lots of adjustment (including gap to pad.)
I really want to have a SS with disk brakes and Fixed option. My intent was to buy a second hub/wheel combo... Surly SS with 6 bolt disk pattern. I was going to drill a flat sprocket (per 63xc.com) for the six bolt side, and run without rear brakes (obviously) for fixed, with single speed gear set up normally. What I haven't figured out yet is the complete chain alignment if I use the disk mount for fixed gear.
Anybody been here? Ever since I raced criterium in the late 70's I've dreamed of running fixed gear. Now that doggone kids are out of house, I have time to play!

I think you're doing it backwards. The Avid road discs I bought said get the disc in the gap, tighten both sides until the disc is LOCKED in place. Then (and ONLY then) do you tighten the bolts that hold the calipers to the mount. The mount-to-frame part can be tightened in advance. Once you tighten the caliper bolts, then back off your pads and go ride!
