It's 5 laps, 4.5 miles, a good opportunity to get some good photos of you suffering in a race

I was just thinking - if this fills up, 50 CAT5, 4.5 miles, a couple of hard left turns.
This could get fugly!!!!!

4.5 mile long course isn't bad though because the field will thin out in the last couple of laps when people will be getting aggressive.

It's the first three that scare me...
4.5 miles? It hardly seems worth it. That race will be over in what, ten minutes? For what it's worth, the course really isn't technical at all, just fast. I wouldn't worry too much. 50 is a small field.

I think it's five 4.5 miles laps, so 22.5 miles-ish. But those seem like long laps to me, so I could be wrong.

the course is .9 miles, the Cat5 race is 5 laps. It will be over quick, hopefully without any carnage.

It's a fund raiser for the Boys/Girls club, so it is worth it in that the money raised will go to a good cause.
I know the course well, the left going up Cushing and then the quick left back onto Main St could get hairy with everyone bunched up for the first few laps. But it's billed as a fun race so hopefully the riders will race it as such.
Should be a fun time.
