I was just riding my Cervelo dual last night and i was doing some hill workouts in high gear, as i stood up and rode I felt the chain slip off the cassette..I sat back down and dropped it down a gear and it caught back on, however i looked back and it looked like the cassette was spinning a lil crooked and when i got back home i checked it out and it seems like i can separate each gear disc by about 1/4 of an inch and i know thats not right. Did something come loose? or did I possible break the cassette?

please help..thank you

im riding on an Ultegra rear dura-ace front

Tighten the lockring if it is loose. Is the wheel a Mavic which needs an additional spacer? Is it 10 speed which requires it's own uniques spacer?
