Getting new wheels for my BMX bike

Alright, right now my GT bike is using 20 x 1.75, if i get new wheels that are 20 x 1.95, will there be fitment issues?

I found a nice set on ebay that comes with the rims and tires, but not the freewheel.
What's the freewheel, is it the axle or hub?

the freewheel is the freewheel, not an axel or a hub. It is the type of drive device that the wheelset you are looking at uses, it threads on the the drive side of the rear hub and that is what the chain goes on to drive the bike. and the wheels and tires will work fine, as long as you get the correct size axle.
