The fork seals on my girlfriends Specialized Crossroads are leaking. It was hung upside down in her garage last winter, and I'm not sure if it's leaking because it was upside down or because they need to be replaced. I looked on Sheldon Brown's and Park Tool's sites for instructions, and didn't find anything there. How do you change these?

I will be changing mine shortly and this company seems to have their act together: http://www.enduroforkseals.com/
They sell the seals and also have links to how-to instructions for many fork models. If your fork model isn't listed, I assume you can contact the manufacturer or visit their website for more info. I've never used these seals, so I can't comment on quality, but they seem reputable.
