Alt Bike Culture - Mogo scooter

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
I just saw an ad on TV for this, anyone else seen it?

Thought it looked interesting, and a little bit familiar, then I realized that the design has more or less already been done. One example I remember: http://mywilson.homestead.com/gallery108.html

It's one of those rebranded. Please, don't make this is next trend.
Don't worry, it will never happen...as a trend that is. Flash in the pan maybe but never long term. in my opinion.

I saw a guy using one of those at White Rock Lake a while back. In his case, it looked really slow and doofussy, although I've seen the videos of people going really fast. And saw this on Craigslist earlier:

(Looking back at that, the Mogo has a small rear wheel and I'm pretty sure the one I saw being used did as well- the Craigslist ad has a larger rear wheel, though, so no identical.)
for 90 bux it would be badass to slap an electric motor on that sucker

Heyo---yea the mogo is cool, the latest player in a sport that started around 1955 in Europe.
Yea for real-----check out www.iksaworld.com, you will get the picture.
If you can cram 2 years of kick training into the next two months----then you will be ready to go to the Netherlands to race in this years World Championships in August.
I think 15 countries will represent---including the USA. We are little behind the rest of the world (but we are still a superpower:thumb:) in being able to hold our own against the European kicking pro's-----but we are getting close!
I think the acronym is as follows: OMGWTFSTFU.
