hi bikeman715 didnt crash got wet in rain, left bike to dry off 6 hours later forks refused to budge. is it something easy to fix or will it cost a fortune? is it worth getting some better forks??

What can happen with worn forks is that the seals fail and eventually let so much dirt and water in between the fork outer and inner that the fork seizes. If this is the case the way to fix it (unless parts are too badly scraped) is disassemble, clean, lube, reassemble with new seals.
A quick google tells me that the forks have a preload adjuster, is it possible that someone has played a prank on you by by setting the preload aduster to max?
