Is therea way to measure a seat to see what size it is? My dilema is i have a seat--albeit cheap one---but it is very comfy to me, and id like to buy another seat for my other bike but in white, but id like to make sure im getting something about the same size so its also comfortable. Im just not sure where exactly the seat is measured for the sit bones--that is how they measure them--right?

a seat is a personal thing . the best thing to do is goes to your LBS and try them . some shops will let you "test" drive one for a short time until you find one you like the best .

Most of the time I have seen saddle measurements it is just width and length measured at the widest and longest points. Sometimes metric, sometimes inches. But as noted by the other response, 2 seats with the same measurements can feel very different.
