Here's a bit of a quick and dirty edit of some of the footage from Tour de Cure.

Cool. I think next year you should invest in a helmet-cam...

Ah, I've been waiting to hear about your TDC, will a ride report be coming up?

I'm prepping the ride report right now, as well as getting ready to edit the approximate 1 hour of video from my helmet can mounted on my handlebars. ;)

Before the report is out, I gotta know...
How fast was it? What was your total time?

I'm curious about that too. I'm guessing it would have to be pretty fast because I saw cyclists up on the top end of the track in that photo collage - to take most of the car racing speeds, the tracks tend to be sloped at a pretty high angle, and I would think at a leisurely pace gravity would do its thing. Could be wrong though.

I made the 42 in about 2.25 hrs ride time with a couple of long breaks to get my shoulder worked on by a massage therapist trying to complete it. It was just not to be. :( Not for a lack of trying though. There were three guy's riding P3's that had to be pacelining up around 30 MPH.

Looks like fun. I remember when I first saw the track in person I couldn't believe how big it is.
